We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and enthusiastic Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our travel, Hajj & Umrah services, and professional translation solutions, building strong customer relationships, increasing sales, and supporting brand growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for tours, Hajj packages, and translation services
🔹 Handle client inquiries, provide travel consultation, and close sales through phone, social media, and in-person meetings
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads regularly
🔹 Promote the company’s services on social media and through offline campaigns (flyers, banners, booths, etc.)
🔹 Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and logistics partners to offer best-value packages
🔹 Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns
🔹 Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports
🔹 Visit schools, offices, and institutions to market visa processing and translation services
🔹 Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor/Honors
Experience
• 2 to 4 years
